I enjoyed staying in this property, it was AMAZING! Stuff where cooperative, the location was pleasant, the bed was soft. Exclusive breakfast with variety of food, reasonably priced. Nice service too. Plus their wifi was very good.
-
Enjoyed my stay, it was fun, the service was efficient. The breakfast was good hot, with plenty of coffee and bakery. The staff were ready to help this whole time. You could walk to the shops and a bakery.

I liked my stay, it was very comfortable. Everything was first class including staff and location. And it also had decent view. I found top notch Casse-Crepe Breton restaurant easy walk to the hotel. I had the brunch there.

It was a fab experience in an incredibly beautiful hotel. Efficient reception. Also, free WiFi worked throughout the property. Have a drink at the Irish bar.

Very good central location. Good comfortable rooms, good pool and fitness area. Food in bistro was of a very good standard. Staff friendly and helpful
If you break does not include breakfast, we found it expensive for what you get. better to eat in the many coffee shops nearby

Great service, friendly staff, very helpful. Our room was very quiet, which we always appreciate.
1. There is no elevator at the entrance to the hotel, so you have to ascend two fairly steep sets of stairs to reach the front desk. Not easy when you are carrying heavy luggage. Particularly not easy for my husband, who has arthritis of the hip. We had to go up and down those stairs three to four times a day, every time we entered or exited the hotel. We were not aware of that when we booked the room. There did not seem to be any other way for guests of the hotel who are disabled to enter or exit. 2. Mandatory valet parking is a bit inconvenient and sometimes slow - you can't come and go quickly because of the need to wait for your car keys. 3. The maid who cleaned our room ran the vacuum over my $400 glasses. I had to replace them completely - they were unrepairable. We did not ask for any compensation but it would have been nice if the hotel had acknowledged the mishap somehow.

The hotel was central to Old Quebec attractions. The service was excellent, rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed. I would call it a Boutique hotel.
